GHRH analog.

Tesamorelin is a 44-amino-acid GHRH analog with a stabilizing N-terminal modification that resists DPP-IV cleavage. Where Ipamorelin works on the ghrelin pathway, Tesamorelin amplifies the endogenous GHRH pulse directly - a different mechanism, with characteristic effects on visceral lipolysis in published research.

It is the most-studied GHRH analog in metabolic and body-composition research, and the closest pharmacological mimic of endogenous growth hormone-releasing hormone.

Tesamorelin vs CJC-1295 - both are GHRH analogs?
Both are GHRH analogs but engineered differently. Tesamorelin is full-length GHRH(1-44) with a single N-terminal modification, preserving native receptor binding kinetics. CJC-1295 is truncated GHRH(1-29) with four substitutions to extend half-life. Different research designs favor different profiles.
