01 When will points appear on the account?

Points are credited after fulfilment review, not at checkout. That keeps the ledger tied to eligible, verified research-account orders only.

02 What can points be used for?

The planned redemption surface is procurement credit on future eligible account orders, plus access to account-level support and lot-availability signals at higher tiers.

03 Can points be transferred between accounts?

No. Points stay with the verified organisation account that earned them. This avoids personal resale, pooled buying, and unclear procurement ownership.

04 Does every product order earn points?

Only eligible research-use orders placed by approved accounts earn points. NZM-Labs may exclude restricted jurisdictions, cancelled orders, refunded orders, or accounts that fail research-use verification.
