Every lot is independently HPLC-tested by Janoshik Analytical, Europe's reference laboratory for peptide purity assessment. The COA shipped with your order is theirs, not ours.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized peptides should be stored below 16°C, protected from light and moisture, for up to 24 months. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 30 days for protocol consistency.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water using the volumes below. Add solvent slowly along the inside wall of the vial. Swirl gently, never shake, until fully dissolved.

nootropic.
Semax is a heptapeptide derived from the (4-10) fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), with a stabilizing C-terminal tripeptide. Its research profile centers on BDNF expression, dopamine and serotonin modulation, and cognitive-stress response in animal models.
Originally developed in Russian research institutes, it has the deepest citation history of any peptide nootropic. For protocols studying neurotrophic-factor modulation specifically, it is the canonical reference.

Semax research focuses on BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) expression upregulation, with downstream effects on dopamine and serotonin pathway modulation. The most-cited peptide nootropic in published Russian-origin research literature.
