Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our
discretion, including where research-organisation status cannot be confirmed.
Prices are shown in euro and may change without notice; the price applied is
the one confirmed at checkout. Product information, including mechanism and
specification data, is provided for research reference and is not a guarantee
of suitability for any particular protocol.

Certificates of Analysis

Each lot is supplied with an independent Certificate of Analysis. The COA
describes the tested lot only and is the authoritative record of identity and
purity for the material you receive.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with
its operation, or misrepresent your identity or the intended use of products.
We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NZM-Labs is not liable for any loss
arising from the use, handling, or storage of products after delivery, or from
use of products outside their research-use-only purpose. Nothing in these
terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
