When am I paid?
Commission is paid on the 1st of each month for the prior month, by bank transfer or PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.

Do I need to order anything to join?
No. The partner program is free to join. You do not need to be an existing customer, and you are not required to make a purchase at any point.

Can I use both my code and my referral link?
Yes. Your discount code works at checkout, and your referral link uses a 90-day cookie. Both can credit your account.

What if someone orders weeks after clicking my link?
Your referral link tracks for 90 days. Any order placed within that window is credited to you, even if the customer returns through another channel.

Where can I place my link?
Use it anywhere you reach a relevant audience: articles, newsletters, communities, comparison pages, direct recommendations, or social channels. Spam or misleading promotion is grounds for removal.

How is tracking handled?
We use AffiliateWP, an established third-party tracking platform, for referral attribution and commission accounting. Tracking is independent of NZM’s own systems so the numbers are auditable.
